jEEBus.SHIP v2.2.0 released under the EPL-2.0

With the newest version 2.2.0, jEEBus.SHIP is now available under the more permissive Eclipse Public License (EPL-2.0).
Additionally, the source code is now publically available on GitHub. If you want to use jEEBus.SHIP as a library, you can still include it via Maven Central.
